Meredith Bazirgan is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker. She has been working as a therapist for 15 years. Meredith takes a holistic approach to each client’s well being and utilizes a number of approaches including mindfulness and deep reflective listening. Meredith is best known by her present and past clients for creating a safe space to share, feel and heal while being heard and understood. Meredith has worked with countless clients of all ages who have experienced anything from anxiety to depression, many of whom are women; mothers; and working mothers. Ultimately, Meredith believes that each client has their own unique strengths and that they are their own healers and creators of their own lives. Clients are seen mostly remotely with a limited number of in person sessions available as well. Meredith also offers intuitive guidance and Reiki energy healing. Each session and client is unique and different. Reiki is a form of Japanese energy healing wherein the practitioner's hands are used to facilitate healing with the client’s own energy. Meredith also often offers intuitive guidance regarding any thoughts and visions she may have with a client. Client’s can be seen remotely or in person, pending availability.
