Madeline Lee is an experienced educator and school-based mental health counselor with over 29 years of dedication to student success. Throughout her career, she has cultivated a deep and diverse toolbox for supporting students facing academic, behavioral, and emotional challenges in the classroom.
Madeline began her journey as a primary grades classroom teacher and earned a Master’s degree in Education as a Consulting Teacher of Reading. She later served as a Learning Specialist for students in grades K–8, where she provided targeted support for those with learning differences, reading difficulties, ADHD, and executive functioning challenges—including focus, organization, emotional regulation, and time management.
She is an Orton-Gillingham Certified tutor and Executive Functioning coach, bringing structured, personalized strategies to her work with each student. In addition, Madeline holds an MS in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, which allows her to integrate therapeutic approaches into academic support—helping students build confidence, recognize their strengths, and thrive both in and out of the classroom.
Madeline collaborates closely with families, neuropsychologists, and school teams to ensure each child’s needs are met with empathy, insight, and evidence-based strategies.
