Elena Crisp is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with a history of working in community mental health, the public school system, residential and partial hospital programs. Elena offers an embodied, trauma informed approach for reconnecting to your innate capacity to heal. Currently she specializes in working with adults experiencing chronic pain, anxiety and trauma. Elena is a level II Pain Reprocessing therapist, EMDR therapist and has advanced training in Perinatal Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT). Elena is currently pursuing her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training to further enhance her knowledge and skills of healing the mind-body connection. Aside from training, Elena is most passionate about joining individuals as they do the work to reclaim ease of mind and body to live a more expansive, authentic and purposeful life.
